Receptionist - Glasgow Rolling temporary contract -
Minimum of 2 weeks, projected up to 5 weeks but with the possibility of becoming permanent Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm Hourly rate depending on experience Overview: To be the first point of contact for visitors and staff in a busy regional office for a well-known insurance company. Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients, and managing all visitors to the building. Maintain a booking system for the meeting rooms, provide equipment and refreshments, set up for meetings (where applicable) Deal with all incoming & outgoing mail, couriers & deliveries. Provide administrative support to the other areas of the business where necessary. Ordering of stationary and office supplies (where applicable) Order and arrange internal working lunches Qualifications: Essential : Excellent communication skills. Experience of reception, telephone switchboard, access control and communication systems. Strong administration & organisational skills. Professional & welcoming manner. Strong working knowledge of MS Packages Ability to work on own initiative. As we are an FCA regulated company, we would need to conduct background and financial checks as well as the standard right-to-work and proof of address checks, prior to commencement.
