Receptionist

We have varied reception roles involving a variety of tasks and responsibilities, working for a huge range of reputable and excellent employers, many of them well known brands, including a variety of prestigious car dealerships!

What will you be doing as a Receptionist:
Being the first point of call for all visitors
Working on a busy switchboard, answering calls and transferring them
Signing visitors in and out of the office and directing them to relevant departments
Managing the room booking system
General administration and ad hoc duties for example dealing with the post
Making refreshments

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Ideally previous experience of working on a reception, switchboard or a phone based customer service environment
Must be smart and presentable
Professional attitude
Excellent telephone manner
Confident in dealing with a range of customers
