First point of contact for any visitors - providing a warm front of house welcome.
Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are always kept presentable.
Assisting any visitors and clients with queries.
Answering and fielding any calls in a prompt and warm manner.
Handling post and deliveries.
Ensure the Reception is kept organised, clean and tidy at all times.
Reporting any hazards / accidents when required.
Managing and ordering office stock.
Support with organisation and planning of company-wide events.
What you'll need to succeed Strong experience within a previous Reception/Front of House position in a professional services/corporate office. Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-6pm.
