A growing insurance firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. An exciting opportunity where you will be an integral part of the team where you will be supporting the smooth running of daily business!
Your new role

First point of contact for any visitors - providing a warm front of house welcome.

Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are always kept presentable.

Assisting any visitors and clients with queries.

Answering and fielding any calls in a prompt and warm manner.

Handling post and deliveries.

Ensure the Reception is kept organised, clean and tidy at all times.

Reporting any hazards / accidents when required.

Managing and ordering office stock.

Support with organisation and planning of company-wide events.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience within a previous Reception/Front of House position in a professional services/corporate office.
Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-6pm.
