Job Description - Receptionist / Administrator

  • Hours are 9-5.30 based in the office
  • Monday to Friday
  • Based in Borehamwood
  • Free parking

This amazing organisation are looking for a Receptionist to join their head office! We need someone super organised, with excellent people skills - who can offer a first class welcome to anyone calling or visiting the head office.

The role will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Managing office facilities
  • Managing office contracts
  • HR duties - including onboarding new starters
  • Keeping on top of all office processes
  • Assisting with any supplier invoices
  • Organising company events
  • Supporting Managers with any additional administrative work

You MUST have:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience
  • The ability and desire to "muck in" wherever needed
