Receptionist and Office Co-ordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist and Co-ordinator to join our office in the heart of Camden

The role involves working alongside the head of operations in the day-to-day running of the studio, managing phones and completing general administrative tasks.

Entry-level applicants are welcome along with passionate Graduates. Full training will be and can be provided for the right person with the right attributes!

Responsibilities:

front of house duties, welcome clients and guests
preparing meeting rooms, organise refreshments (teas, coffees)
sort company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery and pantry supplies to ensure smooth office operations
general administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
organise and support meeting sessions for the office
ensure the office is always presented to a high standard and tidy
light PA support, courier booking, travel and accommodation organisation
accounts support, analysing statements, filing, and document management
support head of operations on any overflowing tasks including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, HR admin, socials and event support

Essential skills:

excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research
ability to handle confidential data with integrity
extremely organised and tidy
an aptitude for helping other people
presentation skills and customer service knowledge
outstanding verbal and written communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
ability to multitask and juggle multiple high-priority tasks at once
self-motivated and independent, take initiative, and be two steps ahead
