Job Description - Receptionist & Office Administrator

Position: Receptionist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £28,000 dependent on experience
Benefits: 25 days holidayeach year, shut down between Christmas and New Year, so you get 3 days pre-allocated to fully switch off and enjoy the festivities, private health care package after just 3 months, Growing Pension contribution, personal training budget each year for courses, Performance related bonus worth 10% of your salary, Monthly team socials (paid for), Summer & Christmas parties

What You'll Be Doing:

Office & Facilities Guru

  • Keep the office looking sharp, fresh, and fabulous (plants included ?)

  • Restock everything from pens to coffee - because caffeine = life.

  • Coordinate maintenance and assessments to keep everyone comfy and compliant.

  • Be our health & safety champ, organising first aid and fire marshal coverage.

Front-of-House Superstar

  • Be the warm welcome everyone remembers.

  • Handle calls, emails, and general magic with grace and good vibes.

  • Manage meeting rooms like a boss - from bookings to biscuit supplies.

  • Provide top-tier hospitality to guests and clients.

Admin Whiz

  • Tame the paper trail - printing, scanning, filing, and more.

  • Plan travel like a seasoned agent (flights, hotels, you name it).

  • Help pull off legendary team events and seamless meetings.

  • Keep the post and deliveries flowing like clockwork.

  • Pitch in on finance admin tasks (no calculator phobia required).

Team & HR Sidekick

  • Support new starters so their first day feels like a breeze.

  • Book in appraisals and keep HR docs on track.

  • Organise socials, lunches, and those "we survived the week" moments.

Right Hand to the Ops Manager

  • Take on special projects and operational missions with flair.

  • Be the eyes, ears, and voice between the team and our Operations Manager.

  • Provide leadership with the admin backup they didn't know they needed.
