Receptionist - Prestigious Law Firm

Location: Fetter Lane, London Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 (with occasional flexibility until 18:00)

Salary based on experience between £30,000 - £40,000

Are you a polished, professional, and proactive individual with a passion for client service? Our Law Firm client are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our respected law firm.

About the Role: As their receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You'll manage front-of-house duties with efficiency and warmth, ensuring reception area reflects the high standards of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
• Handling mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed

Working Hours:

• Core hours: 08:00 - 16:00
• Flexibility required to work until 18:00 on occasion

What they're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (ideally in a professional services environment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immaculate presentation and a calm, confident manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a proactive attitude
