As the Front of House/Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of this innovative company, ensuring visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently, and maintaining an exceptional client experience at all times. Collaborating with a small, tight-knit team of Receptionists, you'll work together to provide top-tier service, build strong relationships with colleagues, and ensure everyone who enters has a brilliant experience. Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee a seamless and efficient client journey from arrival.
• Oversee the FOH space and work closely with the facilities team.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, managing potential clashes.
• Support hospitality functions, assist with catering orders, and room setups.
• Uphold top class standards

Skills

• Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, or concierge roles within creative, luxury hotel, high-end, or similar fast-paced environments.
• A self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and use your common sense to provide the best in class service!
• Polished, professional demeanour
• Strong administrative and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship-building skills and bags of personality!
• Enthusiastic about working with people and a flexible approach to work.
