Receptionist (Part-Time) - Media Agency
Days: 2.5 days (2x full days, 1 half)
Central London
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rated)
Based on-site - 2.5 days

We are in search of a top-class Receptionist to join a vibrant, fast-growing creative agency in Central London on a part time basis. As Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the face of this innovative, creative business, ensuring visitors are given a 5* welcome and met with top class service. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the wider team. Day to day, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and energetic team and will be based in stunning offices in Central London!

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a 5-star hospitality approach.
Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and handling inquiries.
Assist with office management tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including diary management and assisting with events.
Facilitate large company meetings both on-site and remotely.
Supporting hospitality functions, assisting with catering orders and room set-up

Qualifications + Skills
Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality, premium members club or concierge services within creative, luxury hotel, high-end, or similar environments.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A team player who takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support the team as needed.
An outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship building skills!
