ASSISTANT NEEDED***
What are we looking for?
a
receptionist/office
assistant for our busy high street firm of solicitors in Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1AB
training will be given
What does the role involve?
answering the phone, directing calls, greeting clients in office, taking ID and source of funds documentation from conveyancing clients and ensuring it is immediately scanned onto our system and forwarding the papers to the fee-earner dealing
keeping up to date with the stationary orders and making sure deliveries are dealt with appropriately
"deading" files and ensuring all pertinent documents are scanned onto our system as we strive to be "paper-lite"
Who would suit the role?
a diligent, hard-working person who can maintain focus when switching between working on the computer and then having to answer the phone or speak with a client who has popped in.
a law graduate who is looking to get a flavour of how a high street law firm works and potentially get some idea of what are of law they'd like to qualify into
attention to detail is crucial in this role - you won't be bored and you will need to be able to keep up
experience useful, but training will be given
Details:
full time in-office role (8.45 - 5pm with 1.15 for lunch)
Competitive salary available for the right person with an annual bonus and 28 days’ holiday entitlement (we usually give the bit between Christmas and New Year as time off “gratis”)
