Receptionist/Administrator

Are you passionate about customer service and have a love for the automotive industry? We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Car Service Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team!

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. You'll handle service bookings, provide updates on repairs, and ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily calendar
• Communicate service updates and repair estimates
• Liaise with technicians and parts departments
• Process payments and handle invoicing
• Maintain accurate records and customer files
• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive industry a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with basic computer systems and booking software
• A positive attitude and team-player mindset
• A valid driver’s license (preferred)
