Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (35 hours per week)
Training: First 8 weeks fully office-based (may be extended depending on business requirements)

We're recruiting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group for a fantastic opportunity within their Payment Operations team. If you have a background in finance administration, banking operations, reconciliations, payments, or high-volume processing and enjoy investigating issues, working with data, and delivering accurate results, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing:
Working within a fast-paced operational team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring payment and account reconciliation activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities will include:
Reconciling payment accounts and financial transactions. Investigating missing, unmatched, or incorrect payments. Identifying and resolving discrepancies through detailed analysis. Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Managing high volumes of work while meeting service level agreements and deadlines. Escalating risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

Previous experience within banking, branch banking, telephone banking, financial services, finance administration, or audit environments would be highly advantageous.
