Your new company
You will be joining a UK-based accountancy firm, currently in a growth phase, recruiting across all business areas.

Your new role
You will be joining an HR team of 4, recruiting across all business areas.

You will be:

• First point of contact for candidates, liaising with stakeholders on current and upcoming vacancies.
• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment across the UK, predominantly London focused.
• Managing the ATS, providing timely responses to candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Utilising various sourcing methods to engage and connect with talent.
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as time-to-hire and retention/quality of hire.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience recruiting within accountancy is essential.
• Proven knowledge of ATS.
• Proven experience delivering excellent candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven strong time management skills.

What you'll get in return

A salary of between £35-40K DOE & Pack
