Position: Recruiter
Package: £25k to £29k (dependent upon experience)
Location: Walsall, J10 off M6
SkyBlue Solutions are looking to recruit a talented individual to join our recruitment team at our brand-new office just off J10 of the M6, Walsall.
We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and some experience of working within the recruitment industry.
With the opportunity to work across multiple industry sectors, most notably the Construction and Facilities Management sectors you will be responsible for a wide range of recruitment activities including:
* Resourcing candidates for both permanent and temporary roles
* Sourcing for suitable candidates across multiple platforms
* Qualification and shortlisting of candidates
* Job board / advert / applicant management
* CV Formatting
* Development of strong candidate, worker and client relationships
What we’re looking for:
The role would suit someone who has recruitment resourcing experience, works well under pressure and crucially, enjoys being on the phone.
