Recruiter

This role will support our recruitment team in sourcing and delivering top technology talent. The role focuses on managing the full candidate lifecycle and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

Previous recruitment experience in all IT roles (diversity is key).
Past experience working with System Integrators SI.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Target-driven with excellent communication.
Ability to manage multiple roles.
