Since a very young age, Andrew has suffered from undiagnosed muscle weakness and scoliosis, which has meant that his childhood and progression into adulthood have involved a range of complications. Now a young man aged 22, Andrew’s conditions have left him requiring the use of a ventilator and electric wheelchair, whilst also having to rely on others for his personal care.

The role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from employer branding, managing attraction channels, candidate engagement, providing a positive candidate experience through the selection process.
Employer Brand & Candidate Attraction: Build candidate assets aligned to various attraction channels including digital attraction Manage & update employer brand platforms including responding to reviews Define attraction approach for ‘hard to source’ areas across the UK for talented and motivated careers and field nurses. Work in partnership with external partners to deliver ROI and campaign activity Build campaign activity, tracking response and quality Track & monitor candidate response rates against each package
Assessment & Selection: Qualifying client requirements with the Care Co-Ordination team for each package ensuring relevant information is captured within the ATS CV searching within the database, including ‘silver’ medalist and talent pools Manage candidate CV responses moving the candidate through to the relevant stage within the applicant tracking system Qualifying candidates against the client criteria, sharing candidate profile and candidate summary with the Care Co-Ordinator Wok in partnership with the Care Co-Ordinators, tracking candidates at interview and meet & greet stage ensuring additional candidates are in the pipeline to drive accurate weekly reporting to feed into the Weekly Implementation Meeting Manage the selection process within the applicant tracking system including regretting candidates to ensure reporting accuracy
Reporting & Meetings: Update Applicant Tracking System Weekly, monthly and ad hoc recruitment reporting Provide weekly updates to the Care Co-Ordination Teams providing attraction plan for specific packages as required
