Description As a Recruiter EMEA, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth and success by identifying and attracting top talent. You will be a key member of our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your primary focus will be on building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the EMEA region, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pool.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and the Oceaneering company culture.
Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and organization.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify potential talent pools.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and ethical recruitment process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred, or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring talent.
Experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends, including applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, LinkedIn Sourcing technicques, with a willingness to learn new recruitment tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recruitment decisions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
