Your Responsibilities
Independently recruit employees, mainly in the IT sector, in close collaboration with the management.
Craft professional job profiles and publish them on all relevant channels.
Proactively engage candidates through various career networks like LinkedIn, etc.
Manage the entire applicant process, from document review to selecting the right candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to identify individuals aligning with SER.

Your Profile
Passion for HR, with a completed degree or commercial education and a good grasp of IT.
Previous recruiting experience.
Knowledge of current recruiting trends and ideally experience in building candidate networks.
Poised demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a high service orientation.
Proactive and independent work style.
