Location: Dartford, Kent (DA2) – Office-based 4 days per week
Candidates based within an EU country are welcome to apply, and relocation is not required.

Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

Source, interview and place candidates across our specialist sectors.

*

Build and develop relationships with candidates and clients throughout Europe.

*

Generate new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

*

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement.

*

Advertise vacancies and proactively search for talent.

*

Negotiate offers and maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates.

*

Work towards individual and team targets within a supportive, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

*

Fluency in at least one European language (essential).

*

Previous experience in recruitment or sales is desirable but not essential.

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*

A proactive, target-driven and motivated approach.

*

Strong organisational and time management skills.

*

A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing recruitment business.
