Recruiter/HRBP

• Collaborate closely with HQ and local leadership to define hiring plans and talent needs
  


• Build the local team from scratch across functions such as operations, customer service, content, and tech support
  


• Develop and execute localized talent acquisition strategies, including role profiling, channel selection, and employer branding
  


• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collaborate with third-party HR agencies or legal advisors as needed
  


• Oversee the onboarding and training processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires
  


• Track and report on recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
  


• Support the establishment of basic HR infrastructure, such as employment contracts and benefits structure, when necessary
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or HRBP roles, with a proven track record of building teams from scratch
  


• Strong understanding of the talent market, hiring practices, and labor regulations in Gibraltar or broader European regions
  


• Background in internet, tech, or software companies is highly preferred
  


• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-cultural and multilingual teams
  


• Highly self-driven, action-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  


• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
