Recruitment & Account Executive (Maternity Cover)

Location: Milton Keynes (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract: Maternity cover with the potential to become permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based (not remote or hybrid)
Own transport required

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Service Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a maternity cover position with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

If you have experience in account management, customer service, sales, or recruitment and enjoy building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Identify opportunities to develop and grow existing accounts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up to date.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or recruitment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
A proactive, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
Experience within the transport or logistics industry would be highly advantageous.
