Experienced Recruitment Account Manager needed - White-Collar Construction -NO SALES!!

We are working with a very established boutique recruitment company who are highly respected in the construction, house build sector.
Due to winning a stable national contract we are now looking for an experienced recruitment account manager to service this existing account. You will be acting as the conduit between the Contract Managers, Directors and the HR Department, gaining vacancies for all white-collar construction roles and ultimately recruiting for these positions.
The Role of Recruitment Account Manager
Based in the office in Sutton Coldfield this is a role that also offers one to two day’s work from home.
To support the role, you will have the highest level of personable skills to conduct regular contact with the client both on the phone, face to face or on teams, this will lead to vacancies being released through their portal enabling you to service this account.
Responsibilities
* To build strong relationships between the client contacts such as HR staff, directors, contracts managers, commercial teams (surveyors etc) and other decision makers at Head Office and on site
* Create and execute a plan (map out the offices and key decision makers including HR)
* Regular meetings with the above decision makers
* Advertising the vacancies on job boards, social media etc.
* Sourcing qualified candidates
* Interviewing candidates face to face and on Teams
* Shortlisting suitable candidates
* Arranging interviews between the candidate and the client
* Providing feedback to both client and candidate
* Negotiating salaries
* Onboarding of the candidate
What can I earn as Recruitment Account Manager?
The basic salary for the Recruitment Account Manager is £40k depending on experience plus a company car/car allowance £5k per annum plus uncapped commission

About You:
* Must have recruitment experience within the White-Collar Construction sector.
* High level of communication skills – both written and oral
* Strong client facing skills – professional and presentable
* Personable but professional to build relationships
* Good organisation skills
* Results orientated
