Job Description - Recruitment Advisor

The Role
A not-for-profit organisation in the North East is seeking a proactive Recruitment Advisor to lead recruitment and induction processes, ensuring top talent is attracted and onboarded effectively.

Duties:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
Develop and implement sourcing strategies
Build strong relationships with hiring managers
Ensure compliance with Safer Recruitment standards
Oversee onboarding and support induction

Skills and Attributes

2+ years’ HR experience with a recruitment focus
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment law
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience in candidate sourcing and interviewing
A degree and ideally CIPD membership
