Recruitment Advisor - Sheffield / South Yorkshire £Competitive plus excellent benefits - Hybrid working.
Your new role This respected and continuously improving organisation is seeking a new addition to their Talent Acquisition Team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with another Recruitment Advisor you will be a proactive and knowledgeable Recruitment Expert for your business area.
You will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection activities for a wide range of roles across the business - guiding and advising hiring managers on all aspects of the process, providing up to date market intelligence on the labour market and

also best practice advice of completing an effective recruitment process.
You will proactively source and engage with candidates utilising multiple platforms to ensure attraction of a diverse range of candidates, whilst also developing talent pipelines for the future.
Close management the candidate relationship end to end, ensuring the experience that candidates receive is always of a high standard and actively promotes the brand as an employer of choice.
The aim is to drive down recruitment costs by championing a direct hiring approach - although agency /PSL relationship management will be involved.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a great organisation and also develop your existing skill set further.
NB Hybrid working is 3 days onsite and 2 WFH.
What you'll need to succeed:
A background in the recruitment of sales and head office /commercial roles - ideally internal recruitment (if you also have external/agency experience)
Experience of proactive recruitment - LinkedIn headhunting, able to search for active and passive candidates
Advising Line Managers on Job Descriptions', Adverts writing, advert placement, current market trends etc
Recruitment schedule and ATS management
