Job Description - Recruitment & Compliance Administrator (8-month FTC)






Overview






8 month FTC

£26,000 + Pension + Private Healthcare + ShareSave + 6.6 weeks holiday + Hybrid Working (4 days per week in the office/1 WFH) Occasional Saturday work as part of the shift rota

Role purpose: Ultimately to keep our customers safe and our works legal by maintaining accurate information in the IT systems utilised by installations, ensuring that accurate information is held for vendors and that relevant processes are carried out to ensure B&Q only uses compliant vendors in the customers home.









What's the job?






• Accurately maintain the compliance database.
• Support store colleagues with onboarding quality installers including contributing to installer inductions.
• Process recruitment packs for Installers, liaising with Installer, Stores, Finance and Vendor teams to ensure all
documentation received meets B&Q requirements.
• Validate compliance and setup new installation vendors.
• Track, monitor and report on audit findings by external parties.
• Receive and respond to queries from installers and colleagues relating to compliance matters.
• Achieve key objectives.
• Run exception reports and distribute to ensure customer safety.
• Proactively monitor installer quality utilising feedback from NPS surveys and support colleagues
• Review, interpret and present customer and installer data to understand root cause and improve quality.
• Utilise data to explore and suggest process improvements.
• You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role

What we need:






• Knowledge of the installation service industry preferable
• Knowledge of kitchen/bathroom/bedroom installations and product preferable
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical and data entry skills
• Methodical and logical thinker
• Confident communicator
• Resilient under pressure

• Flexible working with Rota’d Saturdays and Bank Holidays
