Job Description - Recruitment Area Manager

Join our team in Camberley!

Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager ready to take your career to the next level? Reed in Camberley is looking to expand the senior management team and looking for an Area Manager to join their team.

This role will be managing teams covering Accountancy & Finance, Business Support and Procurement & Supply Chain recruitment across the area. We have a team of 6 Consultants and looking to bring an additional Consultant to the team.

Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission and team bonus!

  • Client Management: Win new clients and maintain existing relationships.

  • Team Development: Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth.

  • Income Management: Enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in 360 recruitment and management.

  • Mentorship: Ability to coach and develop consultants, helping them reach their full potential.

  • Communication Pro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive success.
