We're looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join an established and growing national company, supporting our recruitment team and helping ensure candidates and clients receive an excellent service.

You'll be joining an established company whose main aim is to ensure our staff are happy, supported and have all the tools they need to succeed and progress.

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential - we're looking for the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

As a Recruitment Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Actively sourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies using a range of recruitment platforms and databases
Reviewing CVs and applications to identify candidates who match the requirements of each role
Managing the vacancy process, including speaking with clients to arrange interviews, coordinating timings with applicants and obtaining detailed feedback in a timely manner
Booking and attending virtual candidate registrations
Providing general administrative and recruitment support to the wider tea
Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy recordsBenefits
