Recruitment Associate

The role will be largely candidate sourcing (using tech tool suite to source interested candidates, carrying out initial screening interviews, presenting candidates to internal account managers), with some client account management. There will be opportunities to grow into a full Account Management role, or even into a 360 -degree consultant role where you will be responsible for developing your own client base and making placements within your own clients. (This is a highly lucrative career option with year 2 earnings in excess of £60k being very realistic)

The starting salary offered is up to £27k + bonus for successful placements once probation period has been completed.
