Recruitment Business Development Consultant

The Role

This is a business development-focused position where your success will be measured by your ability to generate new business, develop client relationships and grow our presence across the local market.

You will:

Generate new business through outbound sales calls, networking, referrals and client visits.
Identify prospective clients and secure new recruitment partnerships.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Attend client meetings, present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms of business.
Manage your sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with our recruitment team, allowing you to focus on developing new and existing client accounts.About You

You'll have recruitment or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business. You'll be confident making outbound sales calls, networking and attending client meetings, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll be self-motivated, organised, target-driven and able to manage your own pipeline. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
