About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Rail team. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your recruitment career, you will be working alongside some of the best in the industry. You'll be working with clients right from the start, bringing in new business and expanding with existing clients. It's a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing top talent; with a focus on finding highly qualified professionals.
• Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, developing strategies to find, attract, and hire experts in the field.
• Lead initiatives in global sourcing, diversity hiring, and engaging passive candidates ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Drive business development, building relationships with new clients while maintaining strong partnerships with existing ARM's clients.

Key Requirements:

• A passion for Rail or a willingness to learn a new market.
• A collaborative, creative problem-solver who can design strategic solutions for complex recruitment challenges.
• Experience mentoring others to help enhance technical skills and career development in a professional recruitment setting.
• A strong belief in the power of data to drive efficiencies and the ability to challenge the status quo to improve results.
• Tenacity and a growth mindset, inspiring others to achieve their full potential and grow within the Life Sciences industry.
