The Role: In this role, no two days will be the same. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with customers and candidates to make a perfect recruitment match.

• Driving business development activity for your desk, approaching customers for the first time or by working with customers to expand our scope of service.
• Providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and role model great recruitment practices.
• Leveraging your network of game-changing candidates to grow a strong pipeline and place them in their ideal roles with customers.
• Working with C Suite stakeholders to fill their critical roles such as Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants.
• Keeping customers informed about current market trends and cross-sell our other amazing services and products.

We’ve found that hybrid working suits our colleagues. Monday to Wednesday you’ll find us in our Holborn office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

The Right Person: We are eager to meet candidates who are people people and can demonstrate:

• Essential - Experience in an agency recruitment environment, specifically recruiting within Business Support. Recruiting roles such as Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants.
