Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Unrivalled bonus structure

Role overview:
Managing multiple projects at any one time, confidently speaking to clients, C- level candidates and be a Boolean searching expert to find hidden gems.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Discuss new vacancies with clients, proposing and agreeing a delivery plans
• Systematically working retainers and exclusive roles from cradle to grave
• Source for hard to find candidates using creative techniques to attract the best talent
• Market job vacancies utilising various platforms
• Consultatively interview C-level candidates with their and the clients best intentions at heart
• Diligently pull together recruitment projects and present to clients, consultatively showcasing how they can add value to their business
• Arranging and preparing candidates to interview
• Sell our services to new and existing clients as well as building lasting relationships with candidates (one day they maybe a decision maker)

To be consider for this opportunity you will have:
• Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Confidence sourcing candidates at all levels
• Strong commercial awareness
• Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching skills or willing to learn
• A driving license and use of your own vehicle due to the remote location of some of our clients
• Personality - consultative, creative, forward thinking, diligent and most importantly with integrity.
