Education Recruitment Consultants wanted to join this reputable, successful and growing specialist consultancy.

£27,000 to £40,000 per annum

Package:Up to £40k starting basic salary with uncapped commission, zero threshold, riding up to 25%. £OTE very achievable six figures within 4/5 years

The opportunities:

• Positions available to join the Primary and Secondary Teams
• The roles will involve recruiting permanent, long-term, short-term, and daily teaching and support jobs across London and the South East, including opportunities for graduates and ECTs.
• We work with hundreds of schools throughout London and have a strong history and reputation in the market, with extremely good client retention rates and high levels of candidate referrals.

You:

• Recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector, however, we will consider applicants from other recruitment and sales sectors, with a proven ability to hit sales targets, win business and build relationships
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the education sector and enhancing children's education
• Articulate, driven, money-motivated and seeking a long-term career move
