Recruitment consultant

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team based in Shepperton! We are well established and specialise in recruitment for the freight, logistics, cargo and airline industry.

We are looking for someone who is bright, confident and enjoys sales!

You will be handling your own clients from start - finish, you will also in addition to looking after existing clients you will also be required to target for new clients.

We would like someone who has the confidence and drive to source new clients, develop existing clients.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Advertising new jobs

- Screening applicants and pre-interviewing by telephone

- Checking right to work documents

- Introducing candidates to clients and arranging interviews and following up.

Working hours are 9.00am - 17.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. This is office based (not hybrid or working from home)

We have offices right near Shepperton river, lots of parking available . We are a social team and all work hard but the potential to earn great uncapped commission is the best!

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience working within recruitment!
