£12.50-£13.00 per hour | Temp to Perm | Full Training Provided

We are seeking a professional, motivated and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Peterborough City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, with full training provided and genuine long-term prospects.

Key Details:
* Hourly Rate: £12.50 to £13.00 per hour
* Type: Temp to perm position
* Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends once fully trained
* Location: Peterborough City Centre
* Driving Licence & Own Transport: Required for client visits
* Right to work in the UK: Required

Responsibilities:
* Draft and publish job adverts to attract high-calibre candidates
* Conduct telephone interviews and screen applicants
* Support candidates through the application and on boarding process
* Carry out identity and Right to Work checks
* Maintain candidate and client records, ensuring compliance at all times
* Conduct regular client visits to develop and maintain strong relationships
* Attend local job fairs and recruitment events
* Collaborate with your team to meet recruitment targets and deliver exceptional service
