Recruitment Consultant / Technical Recruiter Cardiff to £29k

We're on the lookout for Recruitment Consultants to join our European function here at Client Server; one of the top performing teams within the business who focus solely on hiring exceptional candidates outside of the UK.

Our European team has seen a period of rapid growth since its inception three years ago. The team has doubled revenue year on year and is looking to do the same again in 2025.

If you are interested in joining a company that is motivated by growth, then this role could be for you. 80% of Client Server's Team Leads have progressed through the business, and we are looking to specialise in different areas of European Technology as we scale, so there is real potential to lead a significant part of the team in a short space of time.

At Client Server we prioritise efficiency of results through our split-desk model, meaning you can dedicate your time to generating relationships with candidates from our database, supported by your LinkedIn Recruiter seat and advert applications. You'll be the critical point of contact for clients, navigating competing demands and managing relationships to maximise the likelihood of smoothly fulfilling their requirements.

You will be based in brand new, central Cardiff offices a stones throwaway from the station and close to an excellent selection of restaurants, shops, and bars. This shared office space has lots to offer including a large restaurant, creche, and café and you will be provided a laptop on your first day of joining.

We hold quarterly meetings in our London offices as well as summer and Christmas parties which we do expect you to attend (expenses will be covered for travel).

What we are looking for:

• Ideally you will have technical recruitment experience although you may have gained recruitment experience in another area, e.g. engineering, construction, sales, healthcare, estate agency sales, car sales etc.
• You are skilled in dealing with all stages of the candidate recruitment lifecycle
• You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
• You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
• You have an interest and versatility in working across different markets and different locations
