Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – White Collar/ Blue Collar / Trade & Labour Desk
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity:
An established and growing recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Brighton team, focusing on a busy construction desk. This is a warm desk with existing client relationships and ample scope for further growth.

The Role:
You will take full ownership of the desk, placing high volumes of temporary workers into construction and industrial roles.

The position offers a mix of account management and new business development, providing autonomy to shape your desk and earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process
• Maintain and expand a strong candidate and client network
• Fill high-volume temporary labourer roles efficiently
• Proactively develop new business opportunities
• Consistently achieve billing and activity targets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (temporary desk experience preferred)
• Knowledge of the construction or labour market is ideal
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Resilient, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
