Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time or 4 Days Per Week (Hybrid)
Location: Portishead (Hybrid – 2-3 days in-office per week)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + 25% Commission Over Cap

What You’ll Be Doing

Finding and connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Managing the full recruitment process—from sourcing to placements.

Developing and growing your client base.

Shaping the culture of a start-up with big plans.

What You’ll Need

Some recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

A self-motivated, proactive mindset.

Great people skills and a knack for building relationships.

The ability to work independently while being a team player.
