The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top candidates in roles that match their skills and career aspirations. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry insights
