Recruitment Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a very exciting Recruitment Consultant position, for our client based in Bishops Stortford. The successful candidate must be motivated to succeed, reliable, confident, and be focused with ambition.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30 minute commute of the area as this is an office based role.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Recruitment Consultant include:

• Basic £22,500 - £25,000
• OTE £35,000+
• Uncapped commission structure
• Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5pm
• Casual dress
• Company pension
• Parking on rotation
• Annual incentive trip to Ibiza
• Possible opportunity to work abroad (if desired)

Responsibilities for the role of Recruitment Consultant include:

• Identifying and targeting high quality candidates
• Qualifying candidates for open positions
• Sourcing and building long-term relationships with clients
• Understanding client requirements,
• Strive to always meet clients’ requirements and expectations
• Mapping client markets
• Identify potential customers
• Engaging with those potential customers to understand who would benefit from the services
• Managing the full candidate process
• Managing the overall interview process
• Facilitating the offer process
• Negotiating employment terms
• Consistently follow employment laws and regulations

Keys Skills required for the role of Recruitment Consultant:

• High level communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong administration skills
• Always open to training and developing skills
• The want to learn and improve
• Be incentivised by helping people
• Good at building relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients
• Proficient in basic IT / web-based technology systems
• Must be able to use initiative
• Ability to think on your feet is a must
