We’re looking for a Contracts Consultant to join us and take charge of contract recruitment within the Manufacturing, Automation, and Engineering sectors.

This is a hands-on, 360-recruitment role, perfect for someone who loves building client relationships, thrives on business development, and is passionate about finding the right people for the job.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving business development and generating new client relationships
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Building a strong network of professional Engineering Contractors
• Filling roles and generating income
• Keeping our database sharp and good data is important
• Collaborating directly with our Co-Founder to support strategic growth

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in recruitment (360 and/or contractor/temp market)
• A track record of generating income and building relationships
• Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Automation, or Engineering (a plus, but not essential)
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Resilience, drive, and a growth mindset
• Someone who genuinely wants to be part of building something great
