£26,000 to £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (£40,000 to £60,000 OTE)

We have a number of opportunities for professional, sales driven individuals to join our established technical recruitment consultancy in Poole.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will develop, grow and lead construction & property management recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and contacting prospective candidates.
• Developing accounts and client relationships.
• Attending sector specific events and client meetings.
• Creation of adverts and managing candidate response.
• Client business development and networking.
• Vacancy specific project work.
• Interviewing, short listing and presenting candidates to clients.
• Market research.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous recruitment experience in technical or professional markets.
• A strong academic record, with a degree qualification.
• Proactive, focused, and able to adapt personal sales skills to new niche market sectors.
• Excellent business development skills.
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in the built environment.
