Recruitment Consultant

We are a small, friendly, family run consultancy who provides permanent staff to the health and social care sector in the UK. We are excited to announce we have opened our second location in the Alicante Region and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant on a full time, self-employed (autonomo) basis to join us on our expansion. We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and driven with a desire to help others. We are a close, tight knit team who are based across the globe, and we have regular calls through Teams including for Monday morning meetings and catch ups. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you have a laptop or computer, noise cancelling headphones and be fluent in writing, reading and speaking English. You will be responsible for helping our candidates and clients find their perfect solution which includes marketing our service to acquire new business and interviewing potential candidates to submit to these vacancies. This is a full-time role on an autonomo basis for the first year, with the opportunity to be offered an indefinite contract with us after this.

Recruitment Consultant Job Profile:

• Maintaining and growing existing business in the private and public sectors of Health and Social Care.
• Resourcing and recruiting suitably qualified, skilled healthcare professionals to fill permanent positions.
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients to meet their staffing needs with a professional, friendly, and confident approach whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Adhering to targets to enable you to consistently earn high and self-develop.
• Developing strong marketing skills to attract the attention of potential candidates and clients through social media, job descriptions and headhunting.
• Having strong business and negotiation skills to identify and achieve new business, with the ability to handle rejection and high call numbers.

• Experience finding and converting new business to enable growth.
• Ability to handle high call numbers and rejection.
• 2 years’ experience in a 360-recruiter role.

• €16,800 - €32,000 OTE
