Recruitment Consultant - Build Your Own Desk | Colchester

Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30- 5:00
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2-day WFH after probation
Driving License Required due to location of the office and requirements to visit client locations.

This is a 360° recruitment role where you'll:

• Business Development: Call and meet with new, existing, and lapsed clients to win and grow business.
• Client Visits: Travel locally to build strong face-to-face relationships.
• Candidate Sourcing: Advertise roles, headhunt, screen CVs, and interview candidates face to face.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the process from job brief to offer stage and beyond.
• Market Expertise: Become a go-to expert in your local area, advising clients and candidates alike.
• Customer Service: Deliver a gold-standard experience to everyone you work with.
• Sales & Targets: Use your drive to exceed KPIs and earn commission.
