About the Impact Academy

Our Impact Academy is a structured 12-month training programme tailored for people with no prior recruitment experience. You'll learn every aspect of recruitment, from candidate generation to sales strategy, with dedicated support and coaching from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Interview and source teachers and support staff for schools across Kent
• Write professional CVs and candidate profiles
• Collaborate with your team to match candidates to school vacancies
• Work towards weekly activity and performance targets
• Earn commission as you contribute to our mission of improving education

Year 2 and Beyond

After completing the Academy, you'll transition into a client-facing role and receive further training in:

• Business development and school partnerships
• Visit strategy and vacancy management
• Margin negotiation and compliance
• Time management and customer service excellence
