As an education recruiter at Reed Education, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
• Sourcing and screening candidates, matching them to suitable vacancies and arranging interviews
• Negotiating terms and fees with clients and candidates, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
• Providing excellent customer service and aftercare, ensuring repeat business and referrals
• Working towards targets and KPIs, contributing to the growth and success of the branch

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in the education sector or a past paced sector
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence
• A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for education and recruitment, with the desire to learn and develop
