We are recruiting in our Inverness office and have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction & Property division.

Your new role

We work with a range of exclusive and high-profile clients in the Construction and Property, Finance and Business Support industries. You'll be joining our Construction & Property division, which is our most successful and profitable business in Scotland and our number 1 specialism in the UK. Your role will be to handle the entire recruitment process, from candidate attraction, shortlisting and aftercare of successful placements. Your day-to-day business activities will be centred on seeking opportunities to grow your network of hiring managers within the construction sector, building a network of local talent, managing live vacancies and developing strong relationships with your existing client portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll gain exposure to a range of activities and learn throughout your career, especially in the early days! You will be people-focused, with a sales-driven mentality. Identifying opportunities to deliver a high-quality service to our customers, you will strive to build lifelong partnerships in the local market. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence the conversation. You will have a collaborative approach and work closely with colleagues in Inverness and the wider team across Scotland. No two days in recruitment are the same: the ability to think on your feet and the determination to go the extra mile will help you succeed in such a fast-paced market.
