What Might Help:
• Plate-spinning skills (literally or figuratively - both are useful!)
• A great sense of humour and the ability to make a cracking cup of tea
• Previous experience working to targets and thriving under pressure
• An interest in purpose-driven business - we’re a proud B Corp, after all
• Experience in a 360 recruitment role is ideal, but not essential

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process - from briefing to placement
• Collaborating with the team to support, celebrate, and share wins
