Red Recruitment is delighted to be expanding our team as we recruit Consultants of all levels to join us. This expansion is due to our continued success and ongoing growth. This position is located in Aztec West, Bristol, and is a fully office-based role.

We are open to entry-level to fully experienced Consultants, and therefore a variety of salaries are available.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Resourcing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
• Building new client relations through sales activity, including outbound calls, e-shots, client meetings etc
• Fulfilling client role requirements
• Interviewing potential candidates through video calling and pre-screen telephone calls
• Developing relationships with clients and candidates, and nurturing the relationships

Key Skills and Experience of a Recruitment Consultant:

• Previous relevant experience in either sales, client-facing, or contact centre industries is desirable but not essential (if you don't have the relevant experience, there are Trainee Consultant positions available)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills is essential
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• You must be enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about your work
