The Role:

• Recruit teachers and support staff for London schools
• Source, screen, and place candidates into roles
• Build relationships with schools and educators
• Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
• Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement
• Become a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector

We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales, teaching, customer service, or target-driven environments
• Confident, resilient, and career-minded individuals
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
• A degree is a plus, but not essential - we provide full training
